Items shipped from Simple Mechanical Solutions Ltd, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Buyers who are not satisfied with their purchase for whatever reason are encouraged to first contact Simple Mechanical Solutions Ltd as soon as possible after receipt at daanwynberg@plantbooster.net to advise of their concerns before initiating any return process.
Items that are damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Accordingly, a full refund may not be awarded which may result in a refund deduction of up to 20% of the order value for a restocking fee.
All returns must be made in the original packaging.
An un-paid label will be provided after the return has been authorized.
For returns of orders valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature trackable shipping service, such as Canada Post, USPS, or UPS.
Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service.
For items below $35, we suggest use of a delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the Guarantee.
